Information is key!
You need to tell us as much as you can about the fault, so that we can agree the price over the phone. If we arrive and the job requires more work than was agreed, then we may have to charge you for the extra work. But we'll tell you before we start any work.
If we don't say anything about the price before we start work, then we promise that the price we gave you over the phone is the price you pay. We're not going to do the work and then suddenly ask you for more.
No fix - No Fee: This does not apply to emergency / priority calls, alarm silencing or disconnections.
Please check that you don't have existing insurance or a guarantee for your alarm.
- *You can cancel cover at anytime by phoning or emailing us, however, if you cancel within the first 12 months you'll need to pay us for the full cost of the initial repair job (£109/£149).
- Total price in the first year is £162 (or £192). Discounted repair, £48 (or, £78). Plus 12 months cover, £114.
- After 12 months cover will continue on a month to month basis at £9.50 per month.
