Many of our customers have told us that their household insurance is void if their alarm is not regularly serviced.

No one wants to upset their neighbours with a nuisance alarm. So it makes sense to identify and rectify any minor faults before they cause big problems, often in the middle of the night.

Since 1979 we've attended 1,000's of alarm faults, many in the middle of the night, witnessed house fires caused by overheating alarms and executed numerous warrants to silence nuisance systems. With regular maintenance many of these visits would have been avoided!

We'll perform a quick visual inspection of your alarm before we start. If we judge it's not worth servicing we can abort the service visit without charge.

A service visit is like a vehicle MOT and does not include any repairs, modifications or upgrades. Our engineer will document any issues or faults discovered. A separate price will be quoted for any additional work.

Discounted repair charges for 6 months.

  • If an unexpected fault develops within 30 days of a service we'll give a 33% discount off our normal repair charges and emergency call-outs, not including parts.
  • If an unexpected fault develops within 6 months of a service we'll give a 10% discount off our normal repair charges and emergency call-outs, not including parts.

Payment Methods
Unless otherwise agreed, immediate payment on completion is assumed.
You can pay by cash or debit/credit card.
We no longer accept cheques.

Ongoing service agreements

24/7 support / service plans from around £11 per month.
We need to carry out an initial service (as above) before we can consider offering a service plan.

Prices depend on: Level of cover, Location, System size, System type, System age, etc, etc,
From around £10 per month, our Standard service plan includes...

  • An annual routine service
  • An annual service certificate
  • 24/7 telephone and remote support for all keyholders
  • Guaranteed access to our, chargeable, 24hr call-out facility.
  • If an unexpected fault develops we'll give a 33% discount off our normal repair charges and emergency call-outs, not including parts.

All-inclusive plans are also available from around £14 per month


A true gent is Geoff. Not once did he try to sell me anything, service or product, he gave me free, helpful advice that allowed me to determine I have a faulty sounder. His knowledge is superb and even when I told him I was going to fit it myself he gave me advice on how to do it. I recommend him to anyone looking for an alarm system or help. Phoned Geoff on the Saturday following problems with my alarm going off. His knowledge was second to none and knew what he was talking about.
