We operate a 'Fixed Price policy' so there are no nasty surprises. We can advise and quote over the phone, or, you can visit our showroom for advice and a demonstration.

One of the things we are very much against is companies who offer a 'call for a free quote' type service. A salesperson arrives at your home with an arsenal of tactics to get your order there and then, pricing as high as they can get away with.

Batteries in wireless devices typically last 12 - 18 months. The alarm will alert you when the batteries need replacing with a "low battery" message at the control panel. We check all batteries during a routine service (see above).
Apps are developed and maintained by or on behalf of the equipment manufacturers. Abbott's have no control over performance, reliability or any future charges. The manufacturers state they currently have no plans to charge for use of the Apps or associated services.
