All quoted prices assume immediate payment on completion.
You can pay by cash or debit card.
We do not accept bank transfers, credit cards or cheques.
A repair visit can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge, unless we're already en-route.
No Fix = No Fee
No Fix = No Fee policy does not apply to system disconnections, priority visits, out-of-hours visits or additional charges.
There are times when we need to make additional charges, i.e.:
If the property is outside our usual coverage area, but we will tell you this before we send an engineer.
If an alarm system has been 'locked' by a previous engineer and a replacement 'unlocked' system PCB is required.
If we are denied immediate unhindered access to all parts of the alarm system.
if any other work is needed for additional or unrelated faults, such as if you have called us regarding false alarms but also ask us to repair or replace a faulty sounder.
If you ask us to disconnect or silence an alarm instead of repairing it, we'll discount the quoted price by 25%
The quoted price is for the reported fault(s), additional faults / repairs will incur additional charges.
Priority, Evening & Saturday appointments are available at an additional charge.
