Prices shown below are for the supply of and fitting of replacement parts required during a repair. This is in addition to the repair charge quoted.
Unless otherwise stated, all parts supplied include a 12 month guarantee, parts and labour.

Guarantee
- Unless otherwise stated, all parts supplied include a 12-month guarantee, parts and labour.
- If an item needs to be replaced during the guarantee period, this does not extend the guarantee.

Support Plan Customers
If a repair is chargeable, the charge will be our standard site visit charge, less any agreement discount, plus the prices listed above for any parts we supply and fit.
Waiting time
We require immediate and unhindered access to all parts of the system, otherwise, an additional charge equivalent to £45 per man hour will apply.
Disconnection (if required) in lieu of a repair, we'll give a 25% discount off the price we quoted for the visit.
The prices quoted assume full payment on completion.
