You can cancel at anytime by giving us a call or contacting your bank directly.
Your Direct Debit payment is always collected on the 1st working day of the month for the month ahead.
To ensure you only pay for the service you receive, your first payment will be adjusted (prorated) to allow for the period of cover before your regular monthly payments begin.
We submit our payment requests about 10 working days in advance.
We will confirm this full arrangement on the completed Direct Debit form we send you.
