Your security system is monitored round the clock. We're not affected by holidays, meetings, or dead phone batteries, ensuring no critical alarms are ever missed. In the event of an alarm, we will immediately contact your keyholders. If the alarm is verified we will contact the emergency services. (Emergency service response is not implied or guaranteed)

First year = £5 per month

In line with insurers and manufacturers recommendations, we advise an annual service visit.

Smartphone App
To ensure your SmartPhone supports the App for this alarm system, please search for the "Visonic Go" app on the Google Play or your App store. Apps are developed and maintained by or on behalf of the equipment manufacturers. Abbott's have no control over performance, reliability or any future charges. The manufacturers state they currently have no plans to charge for use of the App or associated services.
What happens if your internet goes down?
The alarm will still work, but without an internet connection you will not be able to operate the alarm via the App.
The communication between your alarm panel and devices is on a wireless frequency that does not rely on an internet connection, so the system will continue to operate as normal however, you would need to arm or disarm your system via the keypad or optional Fobs until the internet connection is reconnected.
Batteries
Batteries in wireless devices typically last 12 - 18 months. The alarm will alert you when the batteries need replacing with a “low battery” message at the control panel. We check all batteries during a routine service.
